(Taiko) Statistical approach to Player Skill and Beatmap Difficulty

I decided to apply a similar algorithm to the one used here https://osu.ppy.sh/community/forums/topics/329678 but for taiko beatmaps.

It is very similar to the algorithm used in there, but it estimates the difficulty of achieving a certain accuracy percentage in beatmaps, rather than the difficulty of achieving a certain score.

I decided to take data from ranked and loved beatmaps that are rated 7.0★ or higher, from players that have at least 2 top 100 scores in those maps (excluding some players that have played some maps with mod combinations nobody else in the biggest group of players have played, and that don't have any other plays that allow connecting them to the bigger group).

I included a page that compares the rankings made by _WWWWWW_WWWWWW_ https://osu.ppy.sh/community/forums/topics/747516 with Star Rating, and the estimated difficulty of achieving at least 95% accuracy.

Overall, the average difference in positions between the TnT rankings and Star Rating rankings is 24.733.
The average difference between TnT and the estimated difficulty of achieving 95% accuracy is 16.18.
