Not bad, but stream shapes need a bit of work. It would look a lot nicer if your streams curved consistently, which you could easily do with the "Convert slider to stream" command.
The ranking process involves first finding people to look at your map and give feedback in the map discussion (called "modding"), then finding 2 Beatmap Nominators to nominate your map once you think your map has acceptable quality for ranking.
