Can't submit maps

Hi, I have 3 maps that I have been working on for a while, not for the purposes of being ranked, but for playing. Issue is, every time I try to submit a saved beatmap (so my friends can play it), I get stuck on "Preparing changes... 10.1%". This has been happening since around January, I think, and I do not have internet issues, and all worked well beforehand. I would appreciate any help in getting this resolved.

In your osu! folder (where osu!.exe is located), look for a hidden folder "Data". Inside Data is another folder "SubmissionCache". Try deleting SubmissionCache and see if it fixes the problem.

Source: I used to get stuck at 11% and this solved it for me.
