I just got a new mouse recently and I love it to bits. However, I find that the buttons are a bit more sensitive than my old mouse, and I've had instances where I accidentally right click too early before a note (when I'm just placing my middle finger over RMB). Is there anyway to disable just that one button? I use LMB and Z/X to play

I've a pretty similar issue, since I have changed my mouse, I play only with z/d (azerty keyboard) but sometimes my finger on the mouse click and makes a fail so I've disabled mouse clicks but now I can't pause with the wheel click :s
Choosing the buttons we want to desable should be a good idea.
PS : I think this should be in request, isn't it ?

Yes, should be in feature request.

This can be done through your own control panel (assuming Windows).
