i suggest to add a icon for the 8*+ group

the icon i suggest it should take is expert+, expert+ takes expert, expert takes insane, and insane takes a orange color related to the theme

the name i suggest to use for this diff group is expert++ or expert+2(with adjustments to the name of expert+ if wanted)

any of these suggestions can be ignored

Diff groups have already been adjusted: https://github.com/ppy/osu-web/pull/4181
