lol it happens to me too
This only happens when it is loading, though, it gets normal after
the posted screenshots show absolutely nothing.

Well, that's easy to see. Actually, the Submition's Board is faded on the Scoreboard.

normally the ranking screen is dimmed by the score submission screen.
but by those screenshot shows that the ranking screen isn't dimmed like before...
