Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, let me introduce you to the Baku’s Random Team Tournament #2

General Information:
- 2v2, Teams of 3
- Score v2, Double Elimination
- Rankrange #20000 - #55000 (BWS)
- Rank counts when the registrations are over! If you’re over/under the rankrange, you’re going to be eliminated from the tournament.
- International Tournament, make sure to be available between 10 and 22 UTC
- 1 Ban per Team (Group Stage - Quarter Finals), 2 Bans per Team (Semi Finals & Grand Finals)
- Failed Scores do not count
- Freemod = 1 Mod per Team, min. 1 Player
- Allowed mods: HD, HR, FL, EZ (1.75x Multiplier), if EZ is being used you'll need another mod
- Roll winner picks as first, bans as second
- Rank Buffer: 500 upwards, 500 downwards
- BWS (Badge Weighted Seeding) is being used
- If the Team from the lower Bracket wins the first Finals, the bracket is being reset
Seeding procedure
You get to play the qualifiers only once. When the player finished the Qualifiers, the scores are being added up to each other. The scores of all players are going to get sorted, and the top 48 players are advancing. From then, the players are being seeded into threeseeds:
Top Seed: Player 1 - 16
Mid Seed: Player 17 - 32
Low Seed: Player 33 - 48
After all qualifiers have been played, the teams are going to get drawn. One Team consists of one Top, Mid and Low Seed player.
If less than 48 People are signing up/playing the qualifiers, we are going to reduce the number of participants passing to 36 or 32.
If 36 people sign up, we’re going to hold the Tournament as 2v2, Teams of 3, Groups of 3.
If 32 people sign up, we’re going to hold the Tournament as 2v2, Teams of 4, Without Group Stage.
The highest Seed of the Team is going to be the captain. The captain, is allowed to choose a (non racism or insulting) Team Name. He also is going to take care of the schedules. If the highest tier doesn’t want to be captain, he is allowed to give it another team member.
- Lobby is going to be made 10 min before the actual start of the match.
- Referee invites the players
- Warmups are being played
- Captains are rolling
- Higher Roll bans as second and picks as first
- Bans are alternating
- Maps are being played until a team won
Rules
- The match lobby is going to get created by the Referee. He invites the players. Teams are only allowed to stay as three in a lobby.
- The match format is stricty 2v2
- Teams have a strict 10 minute grace to delay the match, if a Team isn’t able to bring up 2 or more players, the enemy team wins by default
- Teams have two minutes to ban and pick, if a Team steps over the time the Ban is going to be accepted as None / The pick is going to be seen as forfeited map
- Warmups are being skipped if one Team skips team
- Maximal Warmup length: 4:00 min
- Picks are not changeable after the captain wrote the pick in the chat
- If a player disconnects in the first 30 seconds of the map, the map is going to be replayed once.
- If a player disconnects in the middle of the map, but can prove that he finished the map in the multiplayer lobby, his score is being count.
- If a Team disconnects multiple times in a match, the Referee has the decision to decide if a map is going to be replayed or not.
- Tiebreaker is FreeMod, doesn’t force the player to pick a mod.
- Streamers, Commentators and Designers are allowed to participate in the tournament

Qualifiers: 19th July - 21th July
Group Stage: 26th July - 28th July
Quarter Finals: 2nd August - 4th August
Semi Finals & LB1 + LB2: 9th August - 11th August
Finals & LB3: 16th August - 18th August
Grand Finals & LB4: 23th August - 25th August
Schedules could be delayed because of the screening, please be aware of that. We also might delay the tournament because of Cavoe's osu! Event.

BWS rank = rank^(0.99^(badges*(badges+1)/2))
- BWS Stands for Badge Weighted Seeding
- The BWS System is seeding the player more accurate, based on the amount of badges they have.
- If a Player who has a badge signs up, he ”ranks up
- Each badge is worth more than the one before it
