Why is my insert break time covering a portion of my screen?

So basically my insert break time button in the editor is cover an entire portion of my screen by what it looks like. If I move my cursor to the right side of my screen it says I am trying to place a break point and I do not know why. Looks like a bug in the editor. That's not how it should behave at all.

Try posting in the Help forum. You'll probably get more help over there. If you haven't already, try doing some simple troubleshooting:
  1. Does this happen when opening other maps?
  2. Restart osu!
  3. Restart your computer
  4. Reinstall osu!

You don't have to follow all the items above, but the Support Team might ask you to do those anyway to see if the problem fixes itself.

I have tried all of those already, and yes it happens with other maps. I will try out the help forum. Thanks!
