i see [Splash] on my local rankings on Black Rover NiNo's Insane. So far from what i've seen local rankings are just for your osu account, but if they are local to your area, that still makes no sense because i live in the southern U.S and [Splash] is in Canada.
I don't know if this is common but i haven't seen any threads on this.
