AquaBest skin
I will update this skin for lazer when lazer comes out.
Used hitsounds from BOGEZ by bog and the spinner sounds from AquaFlops by trilex.
Also used some of my elements from my other skins, but mainly new (hitcircles were remade).

decent, but needs some work
spinner and the pause and fail screens could be better
also hitcircles could be better for readability

I didn't really aim for making the spinner, pause and fail screens look fancy, but you are correct.
As for the hitcircles, I personally like them and think that it's really easy to read them.
