If you click the box that says "Load forum in browser after uploading". It loads a window that says "Topic does not exist".
It can probably be fixed by making it load it a few seconds after than right when it's uploading.

Actually, this is a larger bug than you think... and I'm still not too sure how it occurs! Something wrong in my phpbb hacks

. If you can provide any specific details that would be great.

Hmm, I don't know anything beyond that, I just assumed the browser went faster than the posting.
