Looks similar to the pen I had. I'm not pro, but the pen I had worked fine 
I'd be more concerned with the quality of the tablet itself over the pen though.
Also this might be the wrong place to ask this, I think Gameplay & Rankings would of been a better place; for future reference.

All you need for osu! tablet wise is a bamboo pen tablet. Area and extra features don't matter, unless they have laptop-like mouse keys placed on there ergonomically.
Pretty much any tablet from a decent brand will be enough for osu!
and like Mithost said, a bamboo pen tablet will do (that's what I have). Most people (or at least a lot of the osu! community that uses tablet) use wacom bamboo tablets.

Daru made a pretty nice guide for tablet purchasing for osu if you're interesting. It is here if you want to read.
Somewhere, there was a consensus that if you are going to spend money on a tablet, you can spend marginally a little bit more than a Genius tablet and get a Wacom and get a product that is lot better and more reliable.
