Problem details:
I've been having an issue with osu not loading properly. I get 32 ms and 50 fps. I will only get 1 fps typically... I've tried to reinstall osu and tried too reset my PC and update my drivers/windows 10 but nothing works.
Only compatibility mode works but I'll get 4 ms and it's extremely hard to load up osu in the compatibal mode
Would anyone figure out why? I haven't been able too to figure out or find good sources.
