Let's mod a crazy map from ouran :3, m4m ~

General

Adjust the Lead-In to 2000, 1500 is too short
Disable the countdown and the letterbox during breaks, if you don't use of course
And where is the preview time? You forgot to add it, in my opinion should be in 01:18:207
You need to find another mp3 because your mp3 is from 245kpbs, you need to recode to 192 or 128

Easy

If you're not about the whole "consistent tick rate across all diffs" thing, Easy and Normal could use slider tick rate 1 since the entire map is based solely on 1/1 or greater patterns
It's cool that the letterboxes stop right below the text in the background, but I somehow feel it would be better without.

00:11:505 (6) - This is really pushing it. I'm sure the combo 00:10:707 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - can be more tactfully placed so as to not try to break limits. A possible reason why players may not see this as a repeat is due to 00:06:399 (5) - .
00:31:132 (1) - Same problem.
01:42:462 (1,2,3,4,5) - Felt really lacking cuz you had 01:22:037 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - before.

Normally, you can only ctrl+z (undo) to some extent, but i guess in windows 8 you can undo pretty damn far

Taiko mod request. If you want me to mod the whole diff, just ingame pm me.
Before I continue, please read my mod carefully to see what's must and what's suggestion.
Also, consider to reply on all of my mod if you reject it to improve my modding quality. I would be happy if you say "It's my favorite so no" rather than "no" or ":(" etc that has no meaning.

I can't hear the hitsounds at all. Bassy hitnormal is not really audible and should be changed to something else. That horrible voice in normal-hitclap doesn't fit AT ALL, it should be removed too. I'd just use standard hitsounds anyway, I don't understand why you think they don't fit.

Unlike osu!, Taiko can function as additional instrument in the song when using right.
Though, for spinners that's not always the case but here it fits already well enough due to the stretched sound at the end. Even though it fades out, you can -as I said- tune down the volume in case it should be distracting. Also don't forget that in most cases player spin the spinner faster as it is actually mapped, so the "loud" hitsound won't reach the very end of the stretched sound.

Apart of that, Taiko is always "loud" but can be still used in quite sections. It's all about the amount of notes you use. The more in use, the "louder" it becomes. And for sounds which fade out, spinners are better than sliders (he could use a finisher as well, but I see no big problem here).

I think this should be enough of a reason? Else I can write you an essay about the usage of spinners in Taiko...

Your preview times are not consistent, Begginer has a different preview time from the rest of the difficulties, and so does inaba-tan's diff.

XK's diff has a different lead-in time from the rest.

The bitrate of the mp3 is far too high, it can be 192 kbps max I believe.

AR+1 and OD+2. The AR is too slow and OD6 is ridiculously too low.

The only real issue I have with this difficulty is the manual stacking like in 00:05:600 (1,2) this is liberally sprinkled all over the map like 00:13:739 (1,2) or 00:14:696 (2,3) \&c, but this is a stylistic choice.

Also, a lot of things overlap poorly, but that goes away when you set AR to 9 so that's not really an issue.

You'll laugh, but I think AR+1. Many people may hate AR10, but really feels more appropriate for this map.

00:11:585 (5,6,7) maybe make it curved to fit with the following slider better instead if a straight stream.

00:42:143 (5,6,7,8) does not have the same spacing as other such streams, either make it a stack and let the game space it or space it like the rest.

AR+1 and OD+2. The AR is too slow and OD6 is ridiculously too low.

The only real issue I have with this difficulty is the manual stacking like in 00:05:600 (1,2) this is liberally sprinkled all over the map like 00:13:739 (1,2) or 00:14:696 (2,3) \&c, but this is a stylistic choice.

Also, a lot of things overlap poorly, but that goes away when you set AR to 9 so that's not really an issue.

You'll laugh, but I think AR+1. Many people may hate AR10, but really feels more appropriate for this map.ehhh, i'll get more opinions on this

01:13:230 (1,2,3,4) - 1:14:117 (1,2) - This pattern plays awkward to me. Not sure why but probably the use of only one repeating slider?

Also, I noticed you don't have any Kiai Time on any of the normal diffs. Maybe 01:18:265 and 01:38:690?

00:06:778 (1,2,3) - There's a 0.5x spacing difference compared to the rest of the map, you should fix it. While you're at it, I'd suggest trying a different pattern, so that you'll avoid that ugly overlap between 1 and 3 and also making something prettier than the current one!
00:09:332 (1) - I would also split this slider in two different 3/2 sliders + a circle on the last downbeat, so that the finish will be emphasized more

Also I've noticed this map is very old, so this mod is probably going to be big because I wasn't even playing osu when this was mapped so I'm not sure on how to approach this

00:09:332 (1) - I think this slider looks pretty cramped, i'd 'open it up' a little bit more

00:24:013 (4) - Instead of a single circle here I would have a repeating slider starting from 00:23:693 - here and ending 00:24:332 - here

00:34:225 (2,1) - Very close to overlapping, i'd move 2 further away for a cleaner look

I found this difficulty relatively hard to read as some very important sounds are missing in places and throw me off for the rest of a section, for example 00:16:353 this definitely needs a circle or something clickable, and since it wasn't I was thrown off of the rhythm for 00:16:513 (3,4,5) and for example 00:33:028 - this blue tick note also threw me off guard slightly. This happens too often in this difficulty and I can't really mod it that well. New combos are also in 'interesting' places so I don't really know where I can start here, this might just be because i'm not used to this older style map but unfortunately I'll have to skip this difficulty.

Another

I can't really play this difficulty either because of the old style doubles followed by the fast sv (although i'm still going to try to mod this difficulty even though I feel that it is overmapped in places)

00:11:407 (3,4) - Replace with short slider if you want to keep this pattern

00:16:513 (4,5) - ^

00:21:619 (5,6) - ^

00:22:098 (1,2,3) - Blankets

00:23:853 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - This section is extremely hard to read, i'd introduce more short sliders or potentially remap this part

00:29:279 (4,5) - Same as 00:11:407 (3,4) - 00:16:513 (4,5) - etc, I'll stop pointing these out now you know what they look like

00:31:034 - This breaks the flow, needs a circle here since there is definitely a sound here thats prominent

00:35:662 (5,6,7,8) - These doubles are more audible in the music, so I think these can stay as they are instead of being changed to short sliders

00:55:050 - You could experiment with a lower slider velocity and smaller ds to represent the calm section better

01:01:193 - This gets hard to read because they're spaced the same and in the same place, maybe change it up a little bit somehow

01:11:566 (1,2) - 01:12:842 (1,2) - Instead of two small sliders you could use a double repeating slider since they're easier to read in stream sections

01:27:444 (2,3,4,5) - Keep spacing consistent here for a nicer look

01:30:635 (6,7,8,1) - ^

01:35:741 (6,7,8,1) - Is this copy pasted from above??

01:56:566 - From here you could have a final stream section to match the drums and make a slightly more dramatic ending

^if you liked the above idea, you might consider also adding larger jump at similar places in the song, i.e. 01:14:438 . it's just a suggestion though and i know you want to make a stream map without big jumps.

Your BG have 800x600 resolution - should be 1366x768 or 1024x768 according to RC.
XK's Taiko Oni have diffirent Audio Lead-In than other diff. Please, change Lead-In (1500) -> (1996).
