Offset troubles

I cannot find the offset for the second song. I'm pretty sure the BPM is 150, but the offset literally changes every second. Could someone help?

Your current submitted is fine at constant 148bpm. Don't forget that notes can be played on 1/3 instead of normal 1/4. In your submitted map, 04:46:458 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15) - are supposed to be on 1/3 at 148bpm.

For future, if you have trouble with offset or bpm, refer to the timing thread

That bit (04:46:458 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15)) was just for testing how it looked/sounded.

Yes, I updated it a while ago with the correct BPM. It still sounds a little out of time at some places though. Is that just me?
