Problem details:
Not really a problem but maybe a bug or something? (Not sure which place im supposed to post this on)

This is not actually a bug, passive HP drain was nerfed in the last update so you don't fail unless a judgement occurs, and if that judgement increases your HP you also won't fail.

Check https://osu.ppy.sh/home/changelog/stable40/20190513.2. If you scroll down to the comment section and sort by Top comments you can also see peppy's explanation of the changes.

Ooooohh... well thanks for letting me know. It's just a little weird seeing that happen.
