We don't even have a basic rewind or fast forward option. Maybe add a little touch of Pause and Play etc. Also, why don't you give us a custom playback speed?
It kind of half exists already on Cutting Edge as abraker mentioned. You can speed up and slow down replays more than the normal amount using the numbers on your keyboard.
