My cursor keeps appearing whenever I play, and it's offset from the actual in-game cursor. Is there a way to stop the cursor from appearing?

Just ctrl alt tab to get to your desktop and go back to the game
That works for me
Check if you have any external windows opened, and if they are, close them; this usually happens to me if I have any applications opened and not minimized
