I got the mp3 finally, as Gaiety said, there was nowhere for Koshimizu Ami.
And about the title, I have no idea.

原作是杂志动画新视界第四期2010年夏季的光盘OP，作者为 animeNVさん ，关于其人，请原谅我的无知我并不清楚，另外具体原视频可以自行搜索
这部作品在当时可以说是集天朝静止系大成的良作，随后各位mad爱好者就对这部作品进行模仿
模仿作中比较著名的有泷沉琉璃MAD组的xiaobai927，作为2010年泷沉琉璃夏日祭的最终日作品获得了一致的赞誉
此后随着mad越来越被世人所了解，加入mad制作这一领域的新人也多半会模仿一下本作
类似的还有杂志动画基地2010年秋季OP，作者为evanlet，又称泽北，为sakuramai桜舞mad组的成员
有点跑题···
总之，mad初学者一般都会对一些优秀作品进行模仿，所以这就是你所看到的各种名为“玻璃の空”的mad
