- added Apraxia, bmax, Cody Martin, Conyoh, Corim, and sut_son as commentators

- updated rules to include mappool usage (winners bracket and losers bracket use same pool)
- added nik as referee

- updated ban rules - 1 ban per team for play in and ro16 stages, 2 bans after
