Lyrics support? Can't ppl just add a .srt file that serve as lyrics? (Not that your reading lyrics by playing)
Storyboard got a big part of it.
Taiko mode? Done I guess?
Dancing 3d figures will require more cpu will lag as well. Might as well make it a 2d dancing figure with storyboard ;o
Internationalisation: peppy will have to make ALL text ingame be read out of a file. Only then can we make it like that.
Song of the day? Easy just edit script from most played 24hours

Unless of course, it's impossible to get them working right, but when it comes to coding, nothing's impossible.
Still, most computers don't arn't from the stone age, so i think 3D models should be okay.
