Not long ago SpunOut became a ranked mod. I think there is no such player who couldn't spin that 280 bpm if he/she really want to spin that fast. In the past lot of players used SpunOut mod to not to get a ranked score on a certain map. For reasons like he/she can pass the map, but wouldn't want to get some crappy accuracy. I could state this for multiplayer. Lot of players used this mod in multiplayer too, not to get crappy accuracy even if they pass that map.
Let's see an example:
I can pass Holy Shit It's airman, but my accuracy is around 80% and I really have to focus on when the map is ending, not to worse my accury. The other UNRANKED mods are just don't provide us the best ingame experience.
