My fingers lock up entirely on streams over 180bpm

If i try to stream anything over 180bpm, even just like 185, my fingers will completely lock up and I won't be able to stream at all. This doesn't happen on 180bpm or below, but anything over 180 makes my fingers completely lock up. By this I mean, my fingers will: stop moving, move too slow (around 180bpm), or I'll just tap both keys at once really fast desperately to hit the stream (which obviously ruins acc and combo). Please give me some advice here, I've been trying to play 185bpm to 190bpm maps to practice and nothing has really changed at all so I would greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me how to fix this.

play slower bpm on long stream practice map and master them first before going for 180

That mostly happens when you tense up your fingers, try to practice lower bpm (150-170) without tensing them up. As time pass you'll be able to stream higher bpm without having to do that (with 2 months of practice i'm able to burst 240bpm and stream 200).
