It works in mysterious ways even science can't explain. Rumor has it that it's put through a random number generator. Who knows for sure...

your lower acc play had a higher score because you probably had a better ratio of 330s to 300s than in the higher acc play. they both count the same towards your accuracy but once contributes to your score more highly

osu scoring system sucks, basically there's this really dumb thing called bonus score, the rest is history
