in-game channel for twitch livestream advertising

a simple search for other topics like this brought up nothing on the first page, so i'm happy to suggest it

tl;dr: create an in-game channel called #twitch where people advertise their twitch livestreams. its a simple enough suggestion and easily implementable.

I don't really think it is necessary to have an entire channel dedicated to advertising your twitch channel.
