Hmm, maybe take a break for a little and try to avoid high bpm maps, try to learn lower bpm first. It sounds like carpal tunnel syndrome. As quoted "This includes the palm, thumb, index finger, middle finger, and thumb side of the ring finger. The area in your wrist where the nerve enters the hand is called the carpal tunnel. ... Any swelling can pinch the nerve and cause pain, numbness, tingling or weakness." My only solution is to let off high bpm maps and do lower maps like 100-180bpm you dont need to go like 222bpm.
