For the anime beatmaps, which has a video, this things has a very high quality, this led to a question, What video software did hey do to encode such a very high quality map?

wew. i don't know to much about mapping and stuff. but i just downloaded the chikatto ed map with video and it has 20 MB?! wow. that's a lot for this quality.

(edit: a video on yt of the actual op for reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4l_dzWjCgys i think my video has slightly better quality but that's because this guy probably had a bad source)
use AMVTool. https://github.com/l33tmeatwad/AMVtool/releases
my settings were: standard settings, rate factor 28, preset very slow, audio stream: none
if you want higher quality lower the rate factor until you got a MB size you find fitting.
