Custom mods — modifications, which can be done by players in special IDE (like beatmap editor) or by code on C#.
Mods can affect score, pp*, accuracy, etc.
How is that any different? I am requesting so that you are able to code mods that affect score, pp, accuracy, etc. That's what "scriptable" means.abraker wrote:
Then you want to make your very own ruleset! Note this does not include mods that change the contents of the map, but rather how things are counted toward acc, score, etc. and playtime variations.
Here are various things you will be able to do with scriptable rulesets:

so which one is it?JackGlow wrote:

That means what mods can either modify or no ranking scores.
In that case how about we just get the two requests merged because they are so similar? Mine is pretty much same, but leaves out the ability change patterns in the map.JackGlow wrote:
To explain in short, you wrote in your suggestion, "Note this does not include mods that change the contents of the map, but rather how things are counted toward acc, score, etc. and playtime variations.", but in my suggestion mods can change the stuff in the map itself, shake the map, change location of things, remove, create fake elements. My suggestion is like full modding, like for example in Terraria, Skyrim or Minecraft.
Why? The Forum name used to be: Custom Mods or something!mishashto wrote:
