1. anim girl - Improved a decent amount near the end of 2018. Imo the overall best player, he is easily top 3 in every skill except for SV and the second player in Australia to get delta.
2. anim gril - bleh
3. MisterLuka - Improved a lot in 2018. Despite not being the best rice player, although still Luminal, Luka gets rank #3 on my list simply due to what I believe he can pull off in a tournament with his insane accuracy and LN ability. Also has pretty good SV too if he tries.
4. Spartan- - Fast improving player, 3rd person in Aus to get Tach V3. Good at everything besides LN accuracy and has very outstanding SV and jack ability.
5. Rek - Improved a lot in 2018. MWC carry. Would probably be 3rd on my list if he didn't get a significant hand injury .
6. Worms - Pretty similar deal with Luka but being overall not as fast. Excels in chord-jacks.
7. [Crz]Yukikaze- - Insane speed and consistency in rice, excellent LN reading ability, but lacking in accuracy.
8. Lusty Platypus - Probably one of the top 3 accuracy players, as well as SV players in Aus with near Luminal level rice ability. Sadly lacks in LN ability.
9. ryuzah - 10th dan level rice. Improved a lot in LN's and accuracy.
10. PotassiumF Going from a speed player to an LN release player, Potty has seen insane improvements in LN's and probably will continue to do so.
11. Water is good From essentially unknown to becoming one of the most notable Australian players in late 2018, Water has improved and stuck with rice consistency and speed, recently clearing Luminal. Has good accuracy too.
12. donutsalad Improving from 9th dan in 2018, donut made it to tach-level speed but sadly had an unavoidable and very large break. Briefly making a return, he played for about a week and was able to beat Spartan on Yura-Yura Sweet Genocide and Mario Paint (d-hyper) which clearly shows the potential donut has as a player. Would be higher on my list if not for the sad lack of activity in the second half of 2018.
13. Spicy Meme - Insane tournament performance all round, excelling in rice accuracy. ~10th dan.
14. Clizapy - Went from jack player to LN player. Good tourney player.
15. -Xenovia- - Went from 6/7th dan to ~10th dan. Very good jack player.

hello i will vote with provided short analyses from my own perspective and opinion to why each player is in their respective position


1. anim gril - Most impressive 4k improvement in Australia has seen with 9th Dan to Delta and arcwin Tier VII to UJ's Yoru in the same year, unmatched raw handspeed, the most obvious choice

2. anim girl - no need to self assess

3. MisterLuka - Possibly Australia's best 4k LN player with Yoru too, with a respectable around-Luminal level

4. Rek - MWC carry, early 2018 was unstoppable at peak, great consistency, accuracy, SV, and jack in prime

5. Spartan- - SV master, strong chords and jacks

6. [Crz]Yukikaze- - Consistency freak, over weighted speed with an honorable mention of consistent Aquaris 1.3 S

7. Worms - Accuracy and consistency, decent all rounder player

8. Lusty Platypus - Best ~3 star accuracy in Aus and strong SV ability, great handstreams too

9. Water is good - Unable to fully assess as 2019 is where this player is shining at the moment, from an unheard of player to top 15 is impressive nonetheless

10. ryuzah - Impressive LN skill

11. PotassiumF - FL god, good LN, good SV, what's not to like

12. Spicy Meme - consistency and accuracy, strong tourney potential

13. ALTWithoutF4 - from personal experience has had an impressive improvement rate through the year

Alright, here's my take.

#1 - anim gril / Angel - Supreme master in basically everything (especially in LN's) but SV's. (also uses ln edit for ezmmr dt sicko mode)
#2 - anim girl / selaretsa - Supreme master in basically everything (especially in LN's.) but SV's (wait hold up, this seems familiar) (oh, they play 7k.)
#3 - Spartan - Unobjectively the best SV player in Australia, and the only tachyon* there as well. (*that isn't delta, please refer to the above players for who is.)
#4 - Rek - Absolutely terrifying acc player, approaching tachyon, and really good at all map types.
#5 - Water is good - Basically Spartan 2, accelerating player who has started really getting some crazy plays. Best potential for a new #1 some day.
#6 - Worms - 7k main, but really really good at SV's and accuracy.
#7 - Quick Draw - Mainly a mapper, carries terrifying accuracy-based force, and gotta respect the grind for no A-rank plays.
#8 - MisterLuka - Another 7k player this time with very impressive speed + accuracy.
