[Archived] Play submitted but shows it's worth 0pp on a ranked map?

Problem details: I submitted a play on https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/120328#osu/308494 as can be seen in the screenshots below. I was awarded pp for plays on the Insane difficulty but not on the top diff (maaagic's insane). It was a nomod play and the scoreboard shows that other players have got pp for their plays, it seems to be bugged for me. It doesn't appear in top plays either even though the lower difficulty does. Perhaps it still counts but just isn't showing, or perhaps it wasn't calculated correctly at all. Any help would be appreciated :) Thanks!

Looks like it's probably just taking its time to calculate how many performance points the play was worth for whatever reason. That can happen sometimes as those calculations and score submission are done asynchronously. Give it some time and then check again later.

Ah, that's good to know! I was thinking it's done for once you can see it on the website, never had this issue before so thanks for letting me know.

This seems to be a visual bug on the new web and we are looking into it. Your score was submitted properly and you got pp from it.

You can check the correct list of top ranks on the old web for now until the issue is fixed. To access the old web, click on the botton at the bottom left of your screen.
