how to make recording on osu ? use fraps ? but always stop in 30 seconds ? help me pls

you should buy it first, then you can record as long as you want.

and once again . can i have save replay in game ?

In the result screen you can press F2 and save your replay as .osr. It'll be saved in:

C:\Program Files (x86)\osu!\Replays

Or where you have saved osu!. This is just the standard path.
