I really thought this was another NZ joke! I guess its because I work with a few New Zealanders >.>.

Good job with this map. Two problems:

Slider tick rate set to 3. This is really disconcerting in a 4/4 song. Change it to 2 please :).
Offset feels a bit too early - try around 13038. After you change this, select all notes and move them into their new homes by slightly touching them on the timeline.

Once these changes are made, I have no problems with this map!

Beatmap was nicely done to the song, no issues at all (other than the ones peppy stated) :lol: but the song choice was a.... different.

Alright, I changed the slide ticker rate and the offset to what you suggested. The beat placements sound a little better than before. Also added some whistle effects this time.
