Problem Details:

My Osu! Stuttering In-Game and Menu

GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
CPU: Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz
Memory: 16 GB RAM (15.89 GB RAM usable)
Current resolution: 1920 x 1080, 72Hz
Operating system: Windows 10 Pro
VR: HTC VIVE

The video got blocked due to copyright.. Thanks youtube..
Anyways, if its video/audio rollback lag i would recommend to check out this thread.

If its just a one time thing maybe just restarting the computer will do the trick.

Omg Youtube.. Okay i restart my Computer and nothing change anything. I Disable my Antivirus too and nothing change...

And yes the audio is rollback.

Do you have anything running in the background causing lag or have discord overlay?

GUYS I FIXED :D i was in the settings and i set the priority do Realtime xd

This worked. After updating my osu!, the game started stuttering and was unplayable until I saw this post. Changing process of osu!.exe to realtime helped alot(also increased frame rate too)
