Im a Subscriber and the things i get for Subscription are the following

Ok now to my problem,
I uploaded 3 Beatmaps that are pending and i cant upload another map but it says "Increased beatmap submission limit (up to 8 beatmaps)" doesnt this mean that i can upload 8 beatmaps?
