Problem details:
when I miss and attempt to click a circle perfectly, It says 0.
What's going on?

Looks like you just experienced something people refer to as "notelock". It's a little bit hard to explain without going into a pretty decent amount of detail, so here is a slightly old thread that has a short little section on it: https://osu.ppy.sh/community/forums/topics/334458

I was mainly pointing out the "What is notelock" section of that thread. I have no idea what the values are on the map you posted a video of. I also haven't extensively looked through the values provided in that thread (though I'm sure they're pretty accurate).

A very clear sign of what's going on in your video is the fact that the notes you were "hitting" started shaking. That either means you hit them super early/late (it didn't look like that was happening) or you "notelocked" a bit.

When the notes "shake", you notelocked. There are many reasons for notelocking, however, usually you tried to click a circle when you didn't click the last one. Example: You hit the 1, move to the 2 (but misaim) and then flick to the 3. Since you didn't actually hit the 2, it is most likely still on the screen. If it is, the game is still waiting for you to click it, however, you are trying to click the 3. The game won't let you however, resulting in a notelock.

If you slow down your video, you'll see that when you flicked to the stream, the first note you tried to hit was the 2, instead of the 1 you were supposed to hit.
