my tablet works just fine, it has the light on when i plug it in. but when i go use my pen the cursor doesnt move, but the light turns on. my computer detects it as a tablet, but the driver cant detect it even tho it's plugged in. help please.
Contact the manufacturer of your tablet if you are still having issues please. I'd give you some links but you provided no information so you'll need to Google for them on your own.

when i connect my tablet to my pc, it brings out the malfunctioned message. i have an xp-pen tablet about 9 months old.
since my tablet's cord is detachable,i have tried 3 different cords (including the one that came with the box) and still nothing.
