I think that this can make the page a new user a little nicer.
You can also substitute for 0 pp schedule for a picture with an inscription on the similarity of "Take a 500+ place on any Ranked beatmap, to create your pp graph."

No support. reason being is the plan for pp is to have all plays award pp. however this won't happen for a while. however it will at some point increase from rank #500 - #???(?)
once this happens, you'll only need to finish maps to earn pp.
so i think its best just to keep it as it is. its not like its a bad thing like that. just means you need to play more

peppy says he'll add some fallback performance metric in the future for users who have no pp, so let's just wait for that!
