not sure if I should post this inder technical support or feature request or skinning...
also did a search on this, got no results, but these things are hard to find so feel free to post a link if you can find a previous thread with this question

So today I added a button skin to the skin I'm using and I noticed the buttons for the User Options did not use the skinned buttons. Could we have those buttons skinned too?

This is due to that dialog being universal. It doesn't handle skin switches correctly so I decided to not skin it for the time being.

But mod dialog use skin button correctly. Is this two dialogs have difference?

Yes. One is more universal.
