How do I get a song up on the site to get approved?

Hey all! I love Osu! Got the game last week ^_^.

I am currently working on the song Requiem for a Dream from Resident Evil.

I dont know if this is the right place to ask or if it is somewhere on the website but: When I am finished and happy with it how do I get a song up on the site to be approved?
