Problem details:
Beatmap Parameters being colored red when selecting HardRock, despite not being changed
This applies to:
Taiko and Mania SR
Mania Key Count

Video or screenshot showing the problem:
Taiko: Make Stars white:

Mania: Make Keys and Stars white

osu! version: Stable 20181118.3 (latest)

This is normal, when it’s not changed, it means cannot go above the limit, for example on osu! Standard when I put Hard Rock on AR 10 map, the AR remains 10 while text color changed to red/pink.
