Problem details: An overall bad score somehow beats the way better score

It depends on what part of the map you got your x100's/x50's etc.. This is how the score is calculated;

Score = Hit Value + (Hit Value * ((Combo multiplier * Difficulty multiplier * Mod multiplier) / 25))

In summary, getting x100's/x50's say for example at 200 combo loses you more score than if it was at 20 combo.
