I was wondering the same thing. I contacted the guy who did it a week ago, but he still hasn't responded. I haven't been able to find any alternate links either.
There are several android apps to use your phone's touchscreen to press keyboard keys on your PC. One good one for this purpose is Monect's "PC Remote" app with a custom layout for osu!

After playing with that app for a few hours, I love it. I no longer have to conform to the smaller
keys on my keyboard. My joy is immeasurable and my day has been made.

It works flawlessly if you've got a good network and hardware, but there's only an iOS version now. Android app is planned, but we want to finish iOS app first.
Or, if you're experienced enough with Android, you can do your own app which you can use with our server, which is open source. PM me for tech details.

edit: I think i found out but it keeps crashing when I tap the mlo file

mine didn't work. I connected more when I clicked it didn't work
i suggest to make a DIY proxtouch with an arduino or just buy the original one, playing using a phone it's possible but it's going to be hard because of input lag. so dont even bother. i got it working and i cant hit stuff. keep in mind im a fairly decent 5 digit
