Can't put video on beatmap

I have tried and tried and i cant get a video on this beatmap im trying to make. I already downloaded the video but when i try to put it on my beatmap it says it wont work. can someone tell me why it wont work and maybe tell me how to fix it. Thank You

For videos to work in beatmaps, they have to be of .avi or .flv format, and they have to be decodable using osu!'s decoder (I know h.263, xVid, and h.264 all work, so I advise you stay with those encodes. However, if you want to try more, feel free to try...)
