[resolved] Profile picture not showing up

Problem Details:
I logged into the game but it seems that profile pictures (my own and other players) doesn't show up. i tried restarting and updating to latest but still doesnt work. :cry: I didn't change new profile pic fyi.


osu! version: 20180811.2

It takes some time for it to refresh in the client, just be patient.

I did wait for quite a while. I even played a few song to check if im actually logged into my acc or not. but unfortunately it doesn't show up too

its not only my profile pic, but all other players profile pics don't show up as well. is it a client problem?

This normally means there is an issue with your network or ISP (normally blocked traffic)

Make sure nothing is being blocked in your Firewall and it's probably a good idea to restart both your computer, router and modem.

You can try refreshing some things by releasing and renewing your IPconfig and flushing your DNS via the Command prompt in Windows.

If none of these things help it's possible it's a temporary issue with your ISP, and you may just have to wait it out.
