Baldi's Basics in Education and osu! Skin (Outdated)

This is my first time making a skin. Because Baldi's Basics is a game based off of bad edutainment games from the 90s (as stated by the creator), I have decided to make this skin in MSPaint. I don't know why, I just did. Also, this is an old version. Please get the new one if you prefer: https://osu.ppy.sh/community/forums/topics/829329.

...Uh, let me tell you something that you should keep in mind before you start creating elements.

Never use MSPaint. That program doesn't support transparent pixels making it next to impossible to create gameplay elements of the Standard and Taiko modes. Try using another program that supports transparency. I use paint.net, but GIMP is also an option.

I know, I used MS Paint as a joke element of the skin. Because Baldi's Basics is based off of bad edutainment games from the 90s. Besides, I am not good with other paint programs for editing yet so that's another inspiration for this skin. However, if someone else is willing to try making one, That would be nice.
