Not everyone can afford a tablet, and it took me 1 year of playing and begging so my parents decided buy me one :p

Please get the XP-Pen G430S. As person who has had both the Huion H420 and the regular 420 and is a current owner of the CTL-490. I can say, that the XP-Pen is the way to go.

The G430S while smaller than it's competitors such as Wacom, not many people really use a huge area in osu! and the performance of the tablet is comparable to Wacom's 480 (currently the best tablet you can get for osu!)

Oh, did I mention that the price is also within your budget. :)

Oh, you misunderstand me here... It was rather a "don't expect getting a tablet of your choice (if even) with that budget".

Thanks for your comment! I'll probably buy the G430S.. I only have 2 questions:
1. Just to be sure - is this what I should buy? https://www.amazon.com/Ultrathin-Graphi ... B01BA6XQI0

2. I always see in youtube that people check something called refresh rate in osu!settings(Something related to monitors I guess), what's the matter?

*Btw what do you think about this tablet? https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078Y ... 87KM&psc=1

1. Yes that is what you should buy.
2. Refresh rate in osu! changes the max frame rate osu! can produce. Keep this setting on unlimited as this will give you the least amount of input lag.

Also, that tablet is not much different to the G430. The only difference is that it has a bigger area but if you have the money for it, I'd recommend it.
