What does the bot do?
If you /np me in game or send me a url (new site or old) it will grab download urls from Bloodcat, Hexide, and Eggplants.
Why?
For when osu's site is being slow or if you want to download a beatmap that has had it's download removed.
EX: Pluto - Black Hole
