Problem Details:

I cannot snap onto a red line.. I always end up 1ms behind it. So any green line that is at the same time as the red line do not affect sliders that start right on it because the slider is 1ms behind it.

offset was little off, looks like it fits perfectly with values below (at least for me), bpm could be set to 227 it doesnt matter unless you're doing marathons with hours of drain
