So I just bought a touch-screen laptop, and wondered if it's unfair to use to it while playing osu! because it's kinda a dick move.

touch screens are allowed and have been officially factored into gameplay as of a few months ago (means your pp will be smaller when using touchscreen)
Have fun doing streams accurately.
i actually started osu! (opsu! is still a thing) on a phone... sooner enough i get into pc
streaming was gods work on that potato of a phone, and i am glad i went onto pc
i cant even do something decent on more than 2 stars on that thing until this day
so good luck trying to do anything on a touch screen laptop... which
is way bigger than a phone screen and probably more painful to work with
