Touchscreen monitor, please help

I am planning to buy an external touchscreen monitor to connect to my laptop for OSU. Anyone here have any experience with them, and know of a good and responsive touchscreen monitor that goes well with OSU? Also, should I go for a resistive or capacitive (preferably not optical touchscreen please)
So, anyone here know of a good and reliable one?

capacitive all the way man optical ones are okay too a bit of lag tho capacitive is your best bet.
